A BELOVED actor from Stranger Things has hinted that his character might make a reappearance in the upcoming season.
Producers of the sci-fi show have been tight lipped about which cast members would make a reappearance in the fifth and final series.
But viewers have been left hopeful that Eddie Munson might make a comeback despite having witnessed his tragic death in season four.
Actor Joseph Quinn teased the possibility of his character's survival in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, saying that 'chances are high' he might be spending a chunk of time with his former co-stars soon.
"I love those guys! I’d love to say hello," he gushed.
Whether that will be on set or not, he did not confirm.

When he was quizzed about the possibility of a comeback, he remained coy, saying: "I might have that feeling too. Or maybe I don’t. I don’t know! Who knows?"
Eddie was last seen having a heroic showdown with demobats in the Upside Down as he distracted them to save his friend Dustin from being ripped to shreds.
In a moment of bravery he attracted their attention by playing a song by Metallica on his electric guitar.
This meant his friends survived, but sadly Eddie was shown being swarmed by the evil creatures, who presumably mauled him to death.

Joseph also shared his thoughts on the upcoming final series of the Netflix show, adding: "I’m sure [producers are] working very hard to land the plane.
"It’s been a long time that they’ve been working on that, so I’m really delighted that they’re kind of getting towards the end, and they’re having a nice time.
"I’m sure they’re gonna deliver it in a pretty epic way. I have no doubts."
