DANNY Robins has revealed the fate of his hit BBC show that became a surprise ratings winner.
The star turned his popular podcast Uncanny into a television series which became a runaway success for BBC Two last October.

It managed to trounce Big Brother's big comeback in the ratings with Danny's show comfortably achieving a higher rating than the reality juggernaut.
The first eviction in Big Brother's re-boot - which saw Farida given the chop - scooped 813K viewers, while Uncanny drew in an audience of 936K.
On the back of its success, as well as Danny's current sell-out stage tour, the show has been handed a second series with filming already underway.
Speaking to The Sun in an exclusive interview backstage at his recent performance at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Danny said: " I'm allowed to tell you it's officially announced.

"Yeah, a second series - it's coming back.
"We started filming it this week and I think the response to the first one was lovely.
"The podcast has built this great audience and at one point, one of the top ten most popular pods in the country, which was just kind of mind blowing for a show about the paranormal and that's grown and grown and grown.
"I think the TV series took us to an even wider audience, which is lovely.

"I've had my book out the tour. You know, I think all of these things kind of take Uncanny in different directions and in each thing we are doing, it is brand new cases, we're not just repeating stuff.
"I can't wait to share more telly with people."

With the next series of the TV show already underway, Danny also has his sights set on Hollywood in the future.
As the creator of sell-out West End play, 2.22: A Ghost Story, Danny was left mingling with LA's finest when the show enjoyed a run Stateside.
It saw him mingling with some of Tinseltown's top film bosses which sparked conversation that his projects could be making it to the big screen.
Danny told us: "We went and did that play in Los Angeles at one point and we had lots of Hollywood producers coming down.
"I think we'd love to do films at some point but it'll be at the moment where it feels right."
