THE Love Island girls turn up the heat tonight as they strip off to sexy lingerie as part of the heart rate challenge.
This evening's instalment of the ITV2 dating show will see the islanders try to impress with their sexy moves.
Dancer Harriett Blackmore, 24, certainly tries to impress her love interest semi professional footballer Ronnie Vint, 27, by doing the splits and locking lips with him.
Harriett wows in hot pants, knee high boots and a racer jacket.
Meanwhile Grace Jackson shows off her figure in a white lace bodysuit and angel wings and Matilda Draper opts for a sexy cow boy look.
A source told : "The Heart Rate Challenge has returned and the Islanders this year put on an incredible show, it's one of the sexiest Love Island has ever seen.

"As a dancer, Harriett was keen to impress and wasted no time in doing the splits, which was a standout moment, especially for Ronnie.
"Just as the game finished, the cast receive a text informing them of two new arrivals, so heart rates among the Islanders begun to rise once again."
The challenge is a great watch for viewers as the sexy singletons show off their sexiest moves to the opposite sex.
They try to raise their heart rate in the best way that they can and then they find out the results at the end - and it usually ends in tears.
