Alison Hammond looks slimmer than ever as she reveals her gym routine on This Morning

THIS Morning presenter Alison Hammond looked incredible today after sparking new speculation that her romance with a toyboy lover has ended.
The 49-year-old wowed in skinny jeans, a white blouse and a cropped jacket while hosting the ITV show with her pal Josie Gibson.

Josie, 38, looked just as stylish wearing a denim dress nipped in at the waist with a black belt.
The stars took part in exercises today with TV's Dr Zoe Williams, who showed them an easy routine to strengthen their knees.
Alison, who usually presents This Morning every Friday alongside Dermot O'Leary, revealed she's suffering from knee pain, but said she has been getting fit by doing weights.
Fans reacted to the segment, and one said on X: "To me two most beautiful women Alison & Josie on tv."

In July of last year Alison revealed she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds.
She weighed 20 stone at her heaviest and started to lose weight after her beloved mother sadly died in 2020.
Alison said: "Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space.

"I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."
She added on Lorraine Kelly’s podcast: "We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest.
"And if I do die sooner, I'm going to have a fantastic life. I'm going to have a wonderful life. I'm 47 now, I don't know how long I'm going to go on for."
In the past she has had gastric band surgery and has attempted diets and exercise in a bid to loose weight - and even appeared on Celebrity Fit Club.
But the gastric band didn’t work, with Alison explaining: The star admitted: "I laugh about it and make jokes about it but it's getting serious now. I am over 20 stone, it's not funny any more."
It comes as Alison sparked rumours she'd split from her boyfriend David.
While typically keeps her private life away from the public eye, she shocked fans earlier this year by sharing her new love interest.
David Putnam, a 29-year-old model and body therapist, has been seen on a string of romantic dates with the This Morning host, who is 20 years older than him.
However, in recent weeks it seems like they're spending more and more time apart.
