After almost six weeks in the villa the VIP hostess sensationally quit the ITV2 reality show in emotional scenes that shook fans.

Who is Uma Jammeh?
Uma Jammeh shot to fame when she joined the Love Island cast as a bombshell.
The 23-year-old from North London works as a VIP host and model.
Before going into the villa she admitted that she's been single her whole life and is ready to find a boyfriend.
Addressing the reason she's been single for so long, she said: "I feel like I’ve been so unlucky in love! It’s all been underwhelming so far.

"I don’t know what the reason is, I think it’s them, as it can’t be me!"
Speaking about why she wanted to be on the show she said: "Now is a good time for me, I’m young.
"I’ve been single for my whole life, it’s about time I’m not single anymore.
"I’m ready for a boyfriend!"

When did Uma Jammeh enter the Love Island villa?
Uma entered the villa on June 5, 2024 as a bombshell.
After a few ups and downs, she eventually found her man when she coupled up with Wil Anderson.

However, the couple endured a difficult few days in the villa - with fans accusing him of being "a villain" and gaslighting her.
They came under strain during Casa Amor when he met bombshell Lucy Graybill.
Uma was then left heartbroken after she was shown clips of Wil in Casa Amor with Lucy.
The tearful model was shown crying as she told Wil: "You f****** embarrassed me, and you embarrassed yourself, you f****** loser."
The couple then reconciled, and decided to move on with their relationship.

However, on July 8, 2024, The sun exclusively revealed that Uma had QUIT Love Island, after Wil was dumped from the villa.
A source told us at the time: "The villa is so full that people are sleeping on the day beds.
"So producers decided it was a good idea to trim the fat and called another recoupling and dumping soon after Movie Night.
"What they were not expecting was the partner of the individual axed wanting to leave.
"That rarely ever happens."

The emotional scenes then aired on July 9, 2024.
Fans watched as Wil was dumped from the Love Island villa after new bombshell Reuben Collins tried to steal Uma.
After her man was told to "pack his bags and leave the villa immediately", Uma broke down in tears and announced that she was "leaving too".
Just before exiting the show, the pair sat on the day beds and said "I love you" to each other.

What has Uma Jammeh said about leaving the Love Island villa?
After quitting the show, Uma revealed her reasons for leaving Love Island.
Speaking to ITV she said: "I knew where my head and heart was at and it’s with Wil so I wanted to be true to my feelings for him."
Uma also shared her and Wil's plans for their relationship once they get back to reality.
She continued: "We can’t wait to just do normal things on the outside, stay inside and have a takeaway and go on cute dates.
"Wil wants to take me to Whitley Bay to see where he’s from but we’ve also discussed him possibly moving to London so I’m looking forward to the future with him.
"The only way is up from here."
Wil then revealed the couple's future plans and even hinted at marriage.
After the leaving the show he said: "I’ve met friends for life and left with a potential wife!"
