SIMON Cowell has revealed a brutal clue over Bruno Tonioli’s Britain’s Got Talent future during the live final days before it was dropped from the ITV programme.

Last night The Sun exclusively revealed that Bruno, 68, has been let go from the talent show's judging panel.

The former Strictly judge joined Simon, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon last year.

But unfortunately Britain's Got Talent is changing dates as part of a £100million shake-up, leading to a filming clash for Dancing with the Stars judge Bruno.

During the final on Sunday night, it was hinted that Bruno wouldn't return when magician Jack Rhodes was on stage.

He put a lie detector hat on himself and asked questions, and later decided to let Amanda ask Simon anything she wanted.

Amanda asked if Simon could guarantee her a pay rise and her future on the show alongside Alesha and Bruno.

Amanda asked Simon: "Can I be on the show for the next two years with an uplift?"

She added: "Obviously with Alesha and Bruno as well."

Simon replied: "Yes to the first part...

"No to the second."

Bruno's work commitments will clash with the ITV show next year.

Last night, a source said of Bruno: “Once it became clear auditions were starting in October, as opposed to January as per the previous 17 series, it became clear Bruno may not be able to take part.

“He’s committed to the US, but the new format for BGT is non- negotiable because the show will effectively be replacing Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

Britain's Got Talent's biggest 'fix' rows

Britain's Got Talent has been plagued with 'fix' rows over the years. How many of these do you remember?

Jasmine Elcock - 2016: Teenage singer Jasmine Elcock stunned the nation with her version of Cher's Believe. But it then transpired she had already performed professionally in London's West End. Jasmine, 14, admitted: "I’ve performed in Annie in the West End at about the age of nine or 10, but I really get nervous."

IrShad Shaikh - 2017: BGT fans were left questioning the rule book when IrShad Shaikh auditioned. He got four red buzzers from the judges, which would usually mean an instant dismissal. Yet in a strange turn of events, they let him continue with his act...and put him through to the next round.

Colin Thackery - 2019: Elderly war veteran Colin won BGT in 2019, but there was an outcry over the final. He warbled his place to win with a version of We'll Meet Again but fans were furious that escapologist Jonathan Goodwin didn't even rank in the top three. Viewers felt Jonathan - who almost suffocated while being buried alive in a gravel pit - should have won.

Axel Blake - 2022: Comedian Axel Blake was given a Golden Buzzer in 2022 after making the judges laugh. But fans were fuming when they discovered Axel already had a show on worldwide streaming platform Amazon Prime. Despite this, Axel still went on to win the series.

Loren Allred - 2022: The 2022 series of BGT was hit with another controversy when singer Loren Allred also received a Golden Buzzer. She performed Never Enough from the smash hit musical movie The Greatest Showman and got a standing ovation. It later transpired Loren was actually the original voice behind the track.

Taryn Charles - 2024: Singer Taryn Charles is one of this year's hopefuls lucky enough to receive the Golden Buzzer. Bruno Tonilio put her straight through to the semi-finals following her performance of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin, but it has now come to light that she is no stranger to TV. Viewers recognised Taryn from an episode of ITV1's Starstruck, where she impersonated Whitney Houston for judges Olly Murs, Sheridan SmithAdam Lambert and Beverley Knight.

“Bruno has been a real hit with his fellow judges and viewers so it would be incredibly sad to see him go.”

Alan Carr is a potential replacement on the panel in the "conversations that have only just begun".

They went on: “Alan Carr is a name that has been mooted - his chemistry with Amanda is already a winning formula - and he would bring a fantastic comic edge to the panel.

“A decision will have to be made in the coming weeks.”

Britain's Got Talent Judges

The ITV talent show wouldn't be the same without the four charismatic judges who put the contestants through their paces.

Simon Cowell is the staple of Britain's Got Talent and resumes his role as head judge. The mogul is one of the most iconic figures in music and is responsible for offsetting the careers of many performers around the world.

Amanda Holden has been a judge on Britain's Got Talent since it first started in 2007. The sexy star is a firm fixture on the judging panel, which has helped her to become a household name.

Alesha Dixon is back to judge the new series of Britain's Got Talent. The TV star joined the panel back in 2012 and quickly became a fan favourite.

Bruno Tonioli makes up the fab four. After leaving Strictly, he decided to move over to ITV and is the newest BGT judge after replacing David Walliams.
