LOVE Island fans have been left stunned after an OG boy Islander has been axed from the villa just hours after entering.

Last night the ITV2 dating show returned to our screens for its 11th series.

The sexy singletons coupled up within the first half of the instalment and got stuck in getting to know each other.

Earlier today The Sun revealed that one Islander has been AXED from the villa - and they have already left.

Tonight saw hairdresser Sam get dumped from Love Island after bombshell Joey Essex picked his girl Samantha Kenny.

Joey said: "I've decided to couple up with this girl because I feel like the past 2 hours in the villa, we've been the most flirtatious."

Speaking exclusively to The Sun before landing in Majorca, Joey, 33, said: “I feel like Joey Bond, the name’s Essex, Joey Essex. It felt like a military operation, not even the journey itself but the process of even getting through the application and to this point.

“I got on the plane to Ibiza. I made sure I wore my mask when I went out for dinner and then we got the boat over to Majorca to a villa hidden in the mountains in the middle of nowhere.
