A FORMER EastEnders hunk looked unrecognisable 19 years after quitting his role as the soap's bad boy.
Michael Higgs, now 62, looked worlds away from Albert Square as he sported his new silver fox look.
The star's new appearance looks strikingly different from the dark-haired, suave young man who caused chaos in the long-running soap EastEnders.
Michael played Andy Hunter on EastEnders from 1993 to 2005 where he began his job at the firm.
In 2003, Andy took over The Firm after Dennis Rickman killed Jack Dalton.
His alter-ego got up to a lot of mischief during his time on the Square, including dating Kat Slater, but later tied the knot with Sam Mitchell.

Andy soon got involved with Johnny Allen - and he ended up murdering him by pushing him off a flyover.
After EastEnders Michael appeared in the likes of Silent Witness, Casualty and Midsomer Murders.
Michael is married to Caroline Catz who is best known for her role as Louisa Glasson in Doc Martin.

They met back in the 90s when they starred in ITV's The Bill and tied the knot in 1997.
On The Bill, Michael played Eddie Santini in the police procedural television series, while Caroline took on the role of Rosie Fox.
Michael and Caroline have two kids, Sonny and Honour.
Caroline previously opened up to about how it feels being married to an actor. She said: "Michael and I met when we worked together on The Bill in the late 90s, although we didn't marry until 2007 when we already had the children.
"Marriage to another actor means that there is no explanation needed for what you do. That's pretty refreshing".
