Filming for the new series of the show will begin in the summer in front of a live studio audience.
The popular format is also due to be broadcast on the commercial channel later on this year.
The two star team captains come in the form of former Strictly Come Dancing stars Chizzy Akudolu, 50, and Eddie Kadi, 40, who will return when filming resumes.
This was after comedienne and Loose Women star Judi Love, 43, left the show after two series on the airwaves.
TriForce co-founder and Bel-Air actor Jimmy Akingbola, 46, will also return to front the series, which promises to be full of fun twists and new surprises.
Production company co-founder Fraser Ayres gushed about the upcoming series and praised the talent working on the show.
He said: "We’re thrilled to be working with ITV once more on this groundbreaking series and are looking forward to showcasing the best in new and established on screen comedy talent, as well as supporting and developing off screen talent through our work with DANDI."
Previous names to have taken part in the show have included Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu and comedian Russell Kane.
Other huge names to have appeared on the show have included The Chase star Shaun Wallace and Seann Walsh.
Hollyoaks actress and former Loose Women panelist Jamelia and former I'm A Celebrity personality Babatunde Aléshé have also competed.
