Now, production company TriForce Productions has revealed that Sorry I Didn’t Know will return for yet another series.

The fourth series of the show previously made it to air in November 2023 to much acclaim from viewers.

Fans tuned into the show in droves as it received its highest ratings ever and is the first to be centered around black history.

It's also the longest running show to be produced by a team that's led by black creatives in the industry.

Filming for the new series of the show will begin in the summer in front of a live studio audience.

The popular format is also due to be broadcast on the commercial channel later on this year.

The two star team captains come in the form of former Strictly Come Dancing stars Chizzy Akudolu, 50, and Eddie Kadi, 40, who will return when filming resumes.

This was after comedienne and Loose Women star Judi Love, 43, left the show after two series on the airwaves.
