Ant McPartlin’s sweet nickname for wife revealed as she gives birth to their first child

ANT McPartlin has revealed his sweet nickname for his wife Anne-Marie Corbett after giving birth to their first child together.
The TV star, 48, showed off a new family tree tattoo as he enjoyed skin-to-skin contact with his newborn son Wilder.

The shoulder inking's details caught the eye of fans, who noticed tributes to his stepdaughters Poppy and Daisy as well as his beloved wife.
Taking pride of place at the top of the tree was a banner with the word 'Amzie' inside.
Straight away fans pointed out the reference to Anne-Marie and it was confirmed in a congratulatory Instagram post by Ant's longtime publicist Simon Jones, who also used the moniker when mentioning his friend.
The final name hidden among the branches is 'Bumble', the family's pet pooch.

New dad Ant announced his baby boy's arrival yesterday afternoon.
He wrote: "Wilder Patrick McPartlin. Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am.
"Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess!"
Wilder's middle name was chosen in tribute to Anne-Marie’s late father, Paddy.

The Sun revealed in February the couple, who started dating in 2018, were going to become parents together for the first time.

"He’s already a wonderful, doting father to Anne-Marie’s kids, and together they’re going to be brilliant parents to this latest addition to the family.”
Insiders said Ant had made his best pal and telly partner Declan Donnelly, 48, the baby boy’s godfather.
Ant's family tree is finally complete

Unveiling it on Instagram for the first time yesterday - to announce the birth of his newborn son, Wilder - those who know Ant say it reveals all you need to know about the chap.
That behind the TV make-up, celebrity, bulging bank accounts and endless accolades, he is a devoted family man. Family, for Ant, has always come before fame.
Unable to have children for years, he’d have traded any NTA in the world for a world of nappy-changing.
Finally, after years of yearning, there’s a new sidekick in town - and it’s not Declan Donnelly.
Ant’s second wife, Anne-Marie, and the names of the couple’s two daughters from her first marriage, are pride of place in the newly unveiled inking. As are the couple’s two dogs, Milo and Bumble.
With the birth of his first son, Ant’s family tree is now complete.
