Shortly after the procedure - which she claimed only took 10 minutes - was done, Josie shared a picture of the machine, which was now lined with a yellow substance.
Hilariously set to James Blunt's 'Goodbye My Lover', she explained: "That’s my vaporised tonsil using laser technology."
The message comes just hours before she shared a cryptic post with a quote bearing a veiled meaning.
The quote read: "My side of the story doesn’t matter anymore. Life happened, it hurt, I healed, but most importantly I learned who deserves a seat at my table and who will never sit at it again."

Josie brushed off the jab, simply responding: “You two are so naughty!”
She's yet to make any further comment on the supposed romance.
