Eurovision kicks off with huge blunder as fans left wondering ‘what is going on?’

WITHIN seconds of Eurovision kicking off, viewers were left baffled.

Fans of the legendary singing contest took to X to complain about the opening credits.

Showing dramatic footage of Sweden, Graham Norton introduced the show.

However, fans complained that they couldn't hear what he was saying.

"Who on earth is he and why are sound levels so terrible can't hear him, one wrote.

"BBC sound clusterf@%k to kick off, nice," another said.

Hosting the night live from the Malmo Arena, Sweden are Malin Akerman and Petra Meade.

Malin, 45, is a Swedish former model, actress and presenter who is married to British actor Jack Donnelly.

Commenting on hosting Eurovision, Malin said: "I can’t really describe my feelings about this.

"I am very excited and a little nervous, but in a positive way.

"I have always liked Eurovision and to be a part of this fantastic show together with Petra is a dream come true.

"Additionally, Petra is one of the funniest women I’ve ever met."
