The Rap Game UK series six is expected to debut in the latter half of the year on the BBC.
Speaking of bringing the programme back for its sixth incarnation, executive producer Trent Williams-Jones said: “It’s great to be back working with the BBC on the sixth season of The Rap Game UK and we’re incredibly proud to be making this show.
"Season 5 was our most regionally and musically diverse series yet with plenty of twists thrown in and once again, we’re looking for a rich mix of talented artists with authentic voices on our search for the UK’s best unsigned rappers. We’re excited to see what new talent will emerge!”
Whoever emerges victorious will be hoping to find themselves enjoying the success of current UK rap heavyweights such as Stormzy, Central Cee, Dave and Bugzy Malone.
