TOWIE'S Lauren Goodger showed off her curves as she worked up a sweat at the gym after returning to the ITVBe show.
The 37-year-old, who recently rejoined the cast after 12 years, shared some clips from her work out session on Instagram.
Lauren looked incredible as she lifted weights at David Lloyds, while rocking brown leggings and a matching oversized t-shirt.
The reality star also worked out on a number of the machines and completed 50 lengths of the swimming pool.
Lauren returned to our screens tonight on Towie.
Elma Pazar confronted Lauren's best pal Junaid Ahmed after bumping into each other on the streets of Essex with Saffron.

Earlier on in the episode Junaid and Safford managed to clear the air and make up.
The pair managed to address their ongoing feud as Elma told him that she and girlband are still hurt by him.
Junaid asked Saffron: "Are you going to invite me on a walk?"
Saffron told him: "You’ve got to clear the air with a few people!"

A surprised Junaid replied: "Still?"
Lauren chimed in: "I thought it was done…"
Saffron told them both: "Walking club, it is hosted by Courtney ... Elma is part of it. And I joined.”
Junaid then asked Elma: "How are me and you?"
Elma brutally replied: "Well. We are not terrible…. me and the girls were really hurt by you. . .
"We once upon a time loved you individually…we all had our own relationship with you.
"But equally, you have done something to each of us individually.
"That is the hard part about it.
"I want to believe Harry and I want to believe Lauren and I want to believe everyone else who has said ‘oh no, Junaid is really making an effort. He is trying…’
"But my fear is – you are going to be nice for six months. And six months down the line something is going to trigger you and you are going to go on the turn again and all the information you've collected off everyone
"You are going to sit back and throw it in everyone’s faces..."
Junaid owned up to what he had done and Lauren defended him.
Lauren said: "A lot of things were said – nastiness – which you know and he has completely owned up to…
"But I know why he did what he did. He is projecting so much hate to everyone because he is unhappy.
"He has come through that and I see a better side to him. I know I praise him...."
It comes shortly after the mum hinted to followers that she's dating a new man.
Lauren shared a cryptic quote to her Instagram story about 'the talking stage'.
The quote said: “I am too toxic for the talking stage, are you mine or not?”
Lauren has been single since she went her separate ways from her ex Charles Drury, who is the father of daughter Larose, two.
The pair also share Lorena, who tragically died shortly after she was born in 2022.
Lauren joined Towie for its first series in 2010.
She was on the show for two years before she quit.
