With her time on Saint Marie now seemingly over for good, Josephine took to Instagram and updated her 112,000 followers with what’s next in her career.
In a post shared to her story, she wrote: “It’s been a few days since I’ve given you much news.
“For the moment, I can’t reveal anything about the project I’m going to shoot (I’m currently in Canada).
“But it will change at some point and I’ll make sure to keep you posted then.”

“In the meantime, I’ve done my costume fittings (it’s gorgeous by the way, I’m thrilled), my makeup/hair appointments, my medical check up. And I’m training every day.
“I’ve finally found the place where I’m going to stay for good. I’m getting my bearings.
“I can’t wait to show you more and share with you bits and pieces of this new adventure.”

Josephine’s final run on Death in Paradise saw Florence and her former boss, DI Neville Parker (played by Ralf Little) sail away from Saint Marie together.

Meanwhile, Josephine's series 13 return brought a long-running ‘will they, won’t they?’ story to an end following Neville previously having his heart broken.
