Jeremy, 64, explained there have been a number of incidents where people have attempted to “have a nosy” at his home after the success of the Amazon Prime Video TV show.

One incident saw an uninvited man sitting in Jeremy’s kitchen, with Jeremy at first assuming he was with the film crew.

Jeremy told“He was looking at me writing the voiceover for Clarkson’s Farm and said, ‘Oh, is this the new series?’

“I said, ‘Yeah.’ I was chatting away, then suddenly went, ‘Who are you?’ And he went, ‘I was just passing.’ I said, ‘No, I’m sorry, you cannot just walk into somebody’s house and pull up a chair.’

“He looked a bit baffled.”

Meanwhile, the former Top Gear presenter also recounted another incident where a group of mothers told their children to enter Jeremy’s home.

Explaining the children had knocked on his door, Jeremy revealed: “Four sweet little kids. Their mothers at the gate, going, ‘Go on, kids.’ Like, ‘Walk in.’ I was like, no!

“You have to be nice to the children, obviously, it’s not their fault. But I did take their mothers to one side and say, ‘You can’t do that.’”
