The body confidence coach and author shared her ordeal with her followers through tears - explaining she was engaged for just one day.
Michelle, 31, said she found out her boyfriend of three years was a love rat after a woman saw her social media post about his romantic proposal.
The This Morning star revealed her sad news on Instagram and said "all this f*****g sucks, I was engaged for 24 hours".
Speaking at home with a cup in hand, she said: "I don't know how to make this video so I'm just going to get into it.
"The last you heard from me I was engaged and I'm not anymore.

"The day I posted that engagement photo is the day I found out he had been cheating on me and one of the women he was cheating on me with actually followed me and that's how I found out.
"She's a lovely woman, and she didn't know, and you've got to love his taste in women.
"You've got to laugh. We're laughing and crying a lot over here."
The TV life coach continued: "The main thing people say with cheating is 'did you know' and obviously not because I said yes to marrying him... If someone wants to actively deceive you they will.

"When it comes to life coaches there's this illusion that we're perfect, that we're all knowing or we have our lives together, that's not true, I've always said we are five steps ahead and that's how we are able to teach people."
The tears began to flow as Michelle went on: "My own life coach says we never let a good crisis go to waste, and this is a crisis.
"I think I am a good life coach because I f*** up more than you."
Sobbing, she said: "I'll rephrase that I didn't f**k up he did. He f****d up a really good thing. And it was a really good thing."
She signed off her post saying she still believed in love and told people to "keep hope".
The star added: "The last thing I want to say is please don't go searching for him, my friends are calling him a d*****d and an a******e that's not the place that I am in, it's not making me feel better.
"This was a person I loved for many years and I do still love.
"Frankly I wouldn't be a life coach if I didn't believe people could learn."
Michelle thanked the other woman for coming forward so soon.
She replied to one comment from a follower who said "he did you a favour".
Michelle said: "He didn’t do me a favour, she did. I have so much respect for the bravery she had to DM an hour after my post had gone live."
Michelle was flooded with support by fans and former Loose Women presenter Andrea McLean penned: "Oh Michelle… I’m sorry to hear this."
Honey Ross, body confidence model and Jonathan Ross' daughter said: "I love you."
Emily Clarkson penned: "All my love Michelle xxxx."
In an ironic twist the brave star, who had been single for eight years before she met the cheat, said she was reluctant to share photos with her boyfriend when they were together.
She said in the caption of her video: "One of the main reasons I waited so long to share him is because I never wanted to make this kind of video.
"And yet I don’t regret it because that’s how I found out and wow, am I so glad I did.
"So grateful to the wonderful woman who was brave enough to send me a message letting me know.
"I’m really putting my heart on my sleeve here and this is the most vulnerable I have ever got on here. Sending love to anyone who has a similar story. Onwards and upwards."
Michelle had been single for eight years when she met her other half in 2021.
She recalled their first date in a sweet video on Istagram back in November.
She posted a picture of the couple swimming together, and added in the video: "This just came up as a memory on TikTok and it was too cute not to share.
"For years, I had a faulty picker when it came to the men in my life so I took this slow, careful and purposely didn’t project a future together and focused on living in the moment.
"This year I also wrote a book about him, just joking it's not about him its about the eight years I was single.
"How I learned to date without feeling bad about myself. The last chapter was about him.
"When you're single you think being in a relationhip is going to change your life but it's just not the case. Life is about peaks and troughs.
"He's a bright spark in the trough, and it's nice to have someone to tell the details to in your life."
Michelle became a motivational coach after living through her own childhood experiences of life-threatening health problems, long stays in hospital and fifteen complex surgeries that left her scarred, both mentally and physically.
She had a brain tumour, a punctured intestine, an obstructed bowel, a cyst in her brain and a condition called Hydrocephalus, and often shares photos of her scars on social media in a push to normalise different bodies.
