Britain’s Got Talent in new ‘fix’ row as singer reels off list of stage school credits on GMB
A BRITAIN'S Got Talent star has revealed he trained at stage school for over ten years before his audition.
The vocalist appeared on Monday's Good Morning show for a chat with Susanna Reid, 53, and Richard Madeley, 67, during which he opened up on his "setbacks" in his singing career.
Harrison Pettman, aged 22, wowed the Britain's Got Talent crowds on Saturday as the final act of the night.
The Kent-born star performed a rendition of With You from the musical Ghost much to the surprise of his parents - who he had told he had been rejected.
The security guard opened up about his struggle to break into showbiz and the set backs he's been through.
He told of his parents' strong backing throughout and said: "My parents have supported me so much throughout training etc.

Harrison has never previously starred in any theatre shows on the West End or had a professional theatre job.
Prior to his appearance on GMB, Centre Stage posted a proud message on their Facebook page where they confirmed Harrison had been a student for 10 years.
But despite having no prior professional experience, GMB fans were quick to comment his background.
One person on X wrote: "So BGT is set up as we all knew then."
A second put: "Really? Are we meant to believe about this Harrison audition on #BGT.
"All staged you ain’t fooling me and to be fair I’ve seen better."
A third then wrote: "Like they didn't know..utter rubbish..club singer."
Yet others were quick to have his back.
One wrote: "Calling it now, Harrison is going to win the series."
A second put: "The best act of the season so far by a country mile! Superb"
After his song on Saturday, another added: "Harrison literally just gave me goosebumps."
Harrison's audition saw him sail through to the next round of the reality series with four yes votes.
Amanda Holden said he had acted the song "beautifully" while co-judge Bruno Tonioli praised the tone of his voice.
He said: "I love your voice there is a quality to it, especially in the lower register which is so rich and so deep and it's very rare to get that quality."
During the same chat, GMB panned to Harrison's parents who were sitting in the family home while he was in the show's London studio.
His mum Michelle told how she was four and a half years in remission from a rare form of cancer and opened up on her joy of seeing him on-stage.
After she opened up on her son's ADHD and dyslexia diagnoses, she added: "He has fought every step of the way to get to where he is today."
Making a cheeky dig at his song choice on the night, she then quipped: "There are lots of other songs he can sing - this one was one of the weakest."
Fan fury
Fans were left equally furious this weekend threatened to call Ofcom after Simon chose his Golden Buzzer act.
It came as he chose to send one of three acts from Japan straight through to the semi final.
Many viewers claimed the programme should solely be reserved for those from Britain.
Dance troupe Cyberagent Legit - who unashamedly declared they were huge fans of The X Factor star - performed a routine choreographed to their own original music.
They impressed Simon so much they secured his Golden Buzzer vote.
Others called out the fact a whopping five acts were "already famous."
Crude Cowell
They also called out Simon Cowell's "disgusting habit" - this being talking with his mouth full while on-set.
