Doctor Who in chaos as top secret script of show’s huge finale goes missing

DOCTOR Who bosses fear major spoilers leaking before the new series even begins after a script went astray.

BBC sleuths were able to track the dossier down to a computer server in Brazil - where Time Lord actor Ncuti Gatwa had just been on holiday.

Showrunner Russell T Davies said it would be a miracle if they are able to reach the current series finale without details being leaked.

In a joint interview alongside Ncuti, he told SFX magazine: “I just hope we can get from here to transmission without things being spoiled, because things do get spoiled.

“And things get spoiled to an extraordinary degree.

“We found one script – I’m going to say this – we found one script on an open server in Brazil.

“It’s nuts. That’s what happens.”

Sex Education star Ncuti then chipped in: “I was going to say, oh my god — I was in Brazil.”

But Russell quickly added: “It wasn’t you.”

Ncuti, 31, was first seen as the 15th Doctor at Christmas.

The new series starts on May 11.
