WHILE watching the tense Apprentice finale, fans of the show also noticed something surprising.
Several viewers have speculated that Lord Alan Sugar's two advisors don't spend time together outside of the reality show.
Karren Brady and Tim Campbell are both tasked with helping the business mogul compile notes on all the candidates in The Apprentice so he can decide who he wants to partner up with at the end of the series.
The pair spent this season assessing how the entrepreneurs performed on each task they were assigned and passing their feedback to Lord Sugar before the tense boardroom scenes where he would announce who was going to get the boot.
Karren is a business executive herself, and a member of the House of Lords.
She has been Lord Sugar's aide for 13 seasons of the show now ever since joining the team in 2010.

Meanwhile Tim actually competed in The Apprentice himself back in 2005 and won.
He only just stepped into the role of Lord Sugar's right hand man in 2022, so is newer to the job than Karen is.
Despite the pair being required to spend a lot of time together for filming purposes, eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Tim still addresses Karren by her full title, referring to her as Baroness Brady.
This left some people suspicious that the advisors may not have a friendship when off set.

One person took to social media to question the formality, asking: "Can we all just take a moment to ask why Karren was consistently addressed by her title tonight, but Tim was still Tim?"
Another added: "Take it Tim’s not friends with Karren then if he has to call her Baroness Brady."
