LOOSE Women's Nadia Sawalha has revealed she warned her sister off getting married the day before her wedding, only for them to split later.
Speaking on the ITV show today, Nadia, 59, explained how she took an immediate disliking to her sibling Dina's fiancé when they first met.
Despite his "charming" looks, the broadcaster felt a "frightened instinct" and soon advised her loved one to stay away - right up until the day before their nuptials.
On the topic of whether romantic relationships trump friendships, she told her fellow panellists that she would never make the same move again.
Nadia said, "I wouldn't again. I have done with my oldest sister, Dina, and she's alright with me talking about this.
"She met this chap, and he was incredibly charming looking and I was really excited to meet him, you know, she was really excited.

"So I went with a totally open heart and as soon as I met him, I just literally, like, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and I just got that really weird, frightened instinct feeling that things weren't going to be good.
"I just sort of didn't say anything... and then eventually I did. I said, 'I'm really, really worried. There's just something that's not right.'
"Actually, even on the eve of her wedding, I was still trying. But you can't. I was so much younger then. It's like, you can't. I would never, ever do that again unless somebody asked me directly.
"People will see what they want to see, especially in the first... you know, it ended in a very bad way. It wasn't good."

When asked whether it had an impact on her relationship with Dina, Nadia replied, "No, it didn't, and in fact, I think that she did think, 'Wow, God, you were right,'
"But the very next shorter relationship that she had, that I also felt, 'I don't like him, he's weird as well,' she didn't like that at all."
While everything's all patched up with Dina, Nadia has also been embroiled in a decades-long feud with her actress sibling, Julia.
In a spat which has been well-publicised, Nadia has also confessed: "I’ve never liked one of Julia’s boyfriends yet."
Nadia and Julia — along with their eldest sister Dina — grew up in Croydon, South London.
When Julia was born, Nadia was forced to live apart from her family, and she previously recalled feeling jealous of her younger sister's bond with their parents.
She said: “When my mum had Julia, I was so excited I kept wanting to pick her up and cuddle her. My mum, who was a bit postnatal, got scared and sent me to her mother’s.
“Julia was a beautiful baby and everyone was crazy about her, so my sister Dina and I were a bit jealous."
This spiralled into Nadia feeling like she was living under Julia's shadow when she started on EastEnders.
Yet Julia has previously hit back, taking to X for a scathing post in which she wrote: "So tired of #nadiasawalha talking about our ‘stormy’ relationship which she created.
"I've kept my privacy for 6 years to protect my family, whilst she talks lies & rubbish.
"You have destroyed our family so don’t sit on TV with your fake tears to gain sympathy & attention."

Julia continued: "Yes well it’s very difficult when you only see the story from one side.
"I’m not actually fighting, she is, but paints a very different picture publicly and I’ve had enough."
