EASTENDERS fans think they have 'rumbled' the dark truth behind Gloria's collapse - insisting it's NOT a heart attack.
The character - played by Elizabeth Counsell - has been under immense pressure in recent weeks after husband Eddie was charged and sent to trial for the murder of adopted son George's real father in a racist attack.

George (Colin Salmon) has struggled to come to terms with the truth about his birth parents and his heritage, and the fact Gloria his mum kept so much from him.
The pair have had a number of strained conversations in recent weeks, and earlier this week, she encouraged her son to stand up to his father, even though she herself was struggling to break away from him despite what he had done.
During Wednesday's episode, George took the stand and did his best to expose Eddie for who he is as Gloria watched on.
During a break before the verdict was issued, Gloria approached George and said tentatively: "Georgie...you probably don't want to speak to me but I thought I...I wanted to say I'm proud of you."

George thanked her before they both looked across at Eddie, who was scowling at them, prompting Gloria to give a resigned look at her son before walking out of the court room with her husband.
George's daughter Anna said: "Dad, don't let her go like that" and he agreed, heading straight after her.
But a moment later, he cried out her name as he saw Gloria lying barely conscious on the floor, with no one around coming to her aid.
As he got Anna to call an ambulance, he checked Gloria's pulse and cried: "Please! Someone help me!"

But as the credits rolled, EastEnders viewers were convinced something sinister had happened to Gloria.
Taking to social media, one wrote: "Gloria walked out with Eddie but [he] was nowhere to be seen. I hope he hasn't done something to hurt her.”

Another added: "Why do I think Eddie had something to do with that?”
A third commented: "Did Eddie actually go through with his threat and actually do something to her?"
Meanwhile a fourth shared: "Eddie's attacked Gloria. What The ?"
