LOVE Island's Millie Court shared her dramatic skin transformation after battling acne.
The 27-year-old took to Instagram to show off her results after starting Roaccutane.
Roaccutane is often the last-line treatment used to clear up severe forms of acne, especially if there is a risk of permanent scarring.
Millie looked drastically different in the two snaps as her skin went from being inflamed to practically clear.
The star later took to Snapchat, where she let fans ask her about her recent treatment in a Q&A session.
One fan asked: "Do you have scarring still as your skin looks perfect from your photos?"

Millie replied: "Yes, I've got little indents on one side of my face. This will go when I can start micro-needling again but I can't do that whilst on Roaccutane or for six months after."
Another fan asked: "Do you feel like it [Roaccutane] effected your mental health in anyway?," to which Millie responded: "I noticed a change in my moods when I started my first dose and then again when my dose got upped.
"I was really emotional/crying a lot/anxious and mainly very agitated and snappy.
"The other symptoms subsided after a few weeks and I felt a lot better but I still feel like I've got a short fuse and get annoyed really easily."

Millie talked about how the changes in her mood, resulting from the acne treatment, affected her relationships with best friend Chloe Burrows and her boyfriend Liam Reardon the most.
When a fan asked: "Did people notice your change in mood?," Millie responded: "Chloe and Liam definitely got the brunt of it. I told them the doctor said I might change a little...and they're the closest to me so they had to deal with me.
"I'm sorry both xxxxx lysm thanks for dealing with me."
Millie has always been candid about struggling with acne and prior to using Roaccutane, she'd been microneedling.
Microneedling uses small needles to prick the skin, with the injuries sparking the production of more collagen to create a smoother surface.
