CHANNEL 5 has made a huge schedule shake-up as two shows are swapped last minute.

The commercial network is known for showing interesting documentaries, but it seems that a ratings nosedive may have changed that.

In the show, presenter Alex Conran guides viewers on a culinary journey.

According to the synopsis on Channel 5's website, he showed just how easy it can be to cook decent meals in an air fryer.

However, it seems that the network

TVZone reports that "due to low ratings for last night's episode", the network have decided to swap around elements of their schedule.

Two episodes of the hit factual series, Air Fryers Made Easy have been swapped out for different shows.

On Thursday 11th April there are significant changes in the programme lineup for the commercial network.

Batch Cooking Made Easy will now go out on screens at 7pm, an earlier time than usual.

Then the following hour at 8pm, there will then be a repeat of Cornwall: A Year By The Sea.

The show, Takeaway Made Easy has been moved to a different date and time.

It was meant to be shown on Wednesday 10th April, but instead viewers will be able to watch the show on Sunday 14th.

In terms of timings, the programme was also shifted to start at an earlier time of 7pm.

This comes after viewers were left enraged after the broadcaster announced three new upcoming air fryer documentaries.

Channel 5 previously sparked outrage following the announcement that Air Fryers: Sunday Lunch Made Easy, Air Fryers: Entertaining Made Easy and Takeaways Made Easy will be coming to TV screens.
