EastEnders fans call out glaring blunder with The Six after pausing soap at just the right time to read mobile messages
EASTENDERS fans have called out a glaring blunder with The Six after pausing the soap at just the right time to read their mobile messages.
Last night's episode saw Sharon Watts arrested for Keanu Taylor's death after his body was found under the cafe floor.
Sharon and the other members of The Six had buried her would-be husband there after his shock death on Christmas Day.
While Linda Carter had been the one to deliver the fateful blow with a meat thermometer as she tried to stop him strangling Sharon, all six women are implicated in the crime.
But Sharon's arrest was enough to trigger one EastEnders fan to call out the numerous blunders they've noticed during the storyline and things that will need addressing for it to make sense.
One that really got them was a shot of Sharon's phone which had a message from Linda telling her about the cafe floor.

They wrote: "We have the fact that #TheSix all have been texting one another asking to meet up or discussing “the floor caving in” on their phones!
"If a police detective files a search warrant and obtains the phone records it could be suspicious."
They also pointed out that there would be CCTV footage of the women carrying Keanu's body across the road from the Vic to the cafe in the tarpaulin from numerous establishments, including the pub itself, the mini-mart and Peggy's.
The fan added: "This footage would incriminate both of them [Stacey and Denise] as that is the tarpaulin that was buried with Keanu. (Which may or may not have their fingerprints on it but we’ll talk about that later in the thread)
"Luckily those 3 areas all have links to #TheSix and can easily be destroyed.
"The Albert is owned by Kathy. She could very easily destroy that footage. Walford East is owned by Ravi which gives Suki an opportunity to destroy that footage.
"Phil owns Peggy’s so if Sharon were to reveal what really happened that night he would no doubt destroy it for her."
They added: "Finally we have in my opinion the most incriminating evidence that links #TheSix to keanus murder the tarp that may or may not have all of the 6s fingerprints on it from when they were carrying the body! This is very hard to explain away."
They weren't alone in their thoughts about the text messages on the women's phones.
Another fan tweeted: "Surely a competent police force will wrap this story up quickly..so Sharon you were married to Keanu let's look at your phone….wtf are these texts ?"
A third commented: "You'd think they'd at least each get burner phones for their incriminating communication, but nah."
