Amber, 30, wearing a bikini and crocheted cardigan, paired with a matching skirt, looked relaxed as she posed with the elephant.

She was later joined by her Towie co-stars for a group snap.

Yet despite the happy smiles in the Ubud district of Bali - fans raised concern as the elephant's tusks had been cut.

One commented: "Why are the end of the tusks cut off?"

Yet they will not grow back once they have been cut.

, it is common to cut tusks if the animal is housed in "captive elephant facilities".

They state: "This is the process of trimming the sharp tip of the tusk so that the edge is squared off. This makes the elephant slightly safer to be around as they cannot stab another animal with the pointed edge of the tusk.

"The process of blunting or trimming a tusk is not painful because there are no blood vessels or nerves in the external portion of the tusk.

On-screen antics

The drama appears to equal that of Amber's on-screen antics.

She recently took a swipe at ex Dan Edgar after his romance with Ella Rae Wise in Bali was exposed.

Dan, 33, and Ella, 23, got everyone talking as they locked lips just meters away from Amber in a nightclub.

Amber then jetted to Dubai for a holiday with "no bad vibes" - in an apparent dig at her ex.

She then confronted Dan for staying the night with Ella and told him she "couldn't care less" about their kiss.
