Concerned fans rushed to Francesca's comments section to confirm whether the video was an April Fools' prank.

One user wrote: "I wish it was for April fools."

Whilst another added: "April Fools? Lol x."

"If I'd done that i would have had a lot of lines through names and legs about 30ft long," penned a third.

And a fourth wrote: "Learnt my lesson when I got my now ex partners name on me and I think he probably feels the same!"

To which Francesca hit back: "We're engaged but ok," with a laughing emoji.

Francesca rose to fame after starring in the fifth series of Love Island back in 2019.

She returned to her normal job as a piercer after her stint on the dating show.

Francesca is the co-founder of an Essex ear piercing business called Cloud Eighteen.

She's since found love and got engaged to Ed, just seven months after revealing that they were dating.

Francesca shared pictures from the jaw-dropping proposal, which saw him get down on one knee at a London club.
