GREAT British Bake Off star Laura Adlington proudly showed off her figure in a poolside snap.
The star, who won viewers' hearts in 2020, was praised by fans for being honest about her relationship with her body.
Dressed in a plunging red swimming costume, she grinned and she threw her arms in the air in the playful holiday photo.
She admitted that she has spent years "not wanting to be in photographs" and said she doesn't want to "throw away any more memories".
The baking queen said she was embracing her confidence, rather than letting her insecurities get the better of her.
"The first thing I noticed when I saw this picture Matt took of me on holiday was my bingo wings. Then my lumpy legs. Then my stomach. Then my shiny face. My first thought was ‘Ugh’," she wrote in the caption.

"The temptation to hit the delete button was very real. But as I’m looking at this photo now I’m so glad I didn’t, because what I also see is a happy and confident woman wearing a bright red swimming costume and having a lovely time on her holiday.
"I spent years not wanting to be in photographs, and deleting the ones where I thought I didn’t look ‘perfect’. And what this means is that I can probably count on two hands the number of photos I have of myself between the ages of 15 and 25," she added.
Laura released a book called Diet Stars Monday, which has been called a "no BS guide to body acceptance in a looks-obsessed world".
"When we delete a photo because we don’t like how we look in it, we’re kind of tossing away the memories it holds along with it," she continued on her post.

"So here’s to being in the photos. And, more importantly, KEEPING them."
Laura's fans rushed to the comment section, with one writing: "The first thing I noticed was your smile and then the baywatch costume!"
"Stunning. Absolutely stunning. You radiate confidence, strength, happiness and beauty. That is what I see in this picture. Its incredibly refreshing to see a normal woman enjoying life," a second chimed.
"I see someone loving her unapologetic best life," another added.
"You look absolutely gorgeous red is definitely your colour!" said a fifth.
Laura, who made it to the final of the baking contest said that she got death threats from fat-shaming trolls.
The Go Love Yourself podcast host was interviewing Katie Price when she revealed how bad the harassment got after she participated in GBBO.
When Katie asked if she had experienced online bullying, she said: "Not as much now. I don't know if you know, I was on Bake Off, but I got trolled to sh** after that.
"Like horrific. Death threats, because I got through over someone else. Press outside my house. It was a bit rough."
Laura has also previously spoken about the personal insults trolls threw her way when she was on the reality show, including mocking her for her weight and fertility problems.
She also shared that she never received counselling that was promised to her by Channel 4.
"When it was all really kicking off was on the week of the final. People were just being awful and it was really personal stuff as well," she said on podcast with Em Clarkson and Alex Light.
"It was personal stuff like infertility and other personal things. People were saying things like 'It was no wonder you can't have a baby'
"It just got really bad. I remember thinking, not I want to kill myself, but I remember crying in bed and being like, this would just be so much easier if I was not here, if I did not exist.
