LOOSE Women’s Frankie Bridge has revealed she made a midnight hospital dash after her son injured himself on holiday.

Frankie, 35, is currently enjoying an island paradise break with her husband Wayne, 43, and their two sons - Parker, 10, and Carter, eight.

But it hasn't been all smooth-sailing as her eldest child sent the trip into chaos getting himself into an accident.

Taking to her Instagram Story, The Saturdays singer shared a snap of Parker with his arm in a sling.

She wrote, "What’s really fun on holiday is when your child injures themselves and you need to get a boat to the hospital… on another island… in the middle of the night…"

Reassuring fans, Frankie added, "Ps he’s fine and was very brave.”

The family's ocean-side accommodation has its own infinity pool and twisting slide.

The grown-ups have been making the most of refreshing cocktails and delicious Japanese food.

Frankie admitted she can't stop eating salted sugar snap peas.

Carter had been enjoying the natural environment and was filmed trying to crack a coconut by throwing it at rocks on the beach, before his mystery injury.

And he tried his hand at fishing too using rudimentary tools.

Frankie wrote: "Wayne took Carter out fishing today... he was so excited, but there just didn't seem to be many fish about.

";He was really patient and then was the only person to catch a fish!

"Was so proud of him for sticking it out even though he was probably really bored."

Frankie has looked typically stylish on the trip, modelling a backless brown dress one evening on the beach.

In another video she scraped her hair back and wore 60s style shades and a lemon bikini top.

And she made a love heart with her fingers one evening as she shared a romantic moment with Wayne on their jetty with a flute of bubbly.
