NAGA Munchetty was told off by her BBC Breakfast co-star as they discussed the nitty-gritty details of the increase to the National Minimum Wage.
The popular show anchor jokingly had her knuckles rapped by BBC Radio 4 host Dan Whitworth after she clapped back at a comment over her age.
Naga, 49, was joined by BBC Breakfast co-presenter Roger Johnson, 55, as they put the change under the spotlight.
Dan, addressing the introduction of the policy, said: "I just about remember - you might remember as well," as Naga sharply interjected: "Oh thanks!"
Roger burst out laughing as Dan added: "Come on Naga I am trying to be serious here!"
Later in the segment, Naga again picked up the banter as she said: "Enjoy the programme!

When was the minimum wage introduced?
THE first National Minimum Wage was put in place in 1998 by the Labour government.
It originally applied to workers aged 22 and over, and there was a separate rate for those aged 18-21.
A separate rate for 16-17-year-olds was introduced in 2004, and in 2010, 21-year-olds became eligible for the adult rate of the National Minimum Wage.
The rate is set by the Government each year based on recommendations by the Low Pay Commission (LPC).
Dan, smiling, then added: "I didn't mean it like that!"
The National Minimum Wage is the minimum pay-per-hour for workers of school-leaving age.
The figure is currently £10.42 an hour for over 21s and is due to rise to £11.44 in April.

Meanwhile, for 18 and 20-year-olds, it is now £7.49 and will rise to £8.60.
Naughty Naga
Naga's clap back came just days after she revealed a naughty bedroom confession and hit back at her BBC Breakfast critics.
Speaking to , Naga revealed her alarm clock goes off at a gruelling time.
The journalist explained: "My first alarm is at 3.45 and I'm in the BBC Breakfast studio by 4.50.
“On radio days I wake up naturally at 5.45, but I'm a terrible prevaricator.
"As a kid, my mum would have to physically pull me from my bed. My first thought is always: how long can I stay here before I have to drag my arse to the gym?"
In a striking admission, Naga also revealed her attire for bed.
She explained: "I haven't worn anything in bed since I was about 16. There's something very luxurious and freeing about being naked and having clean sheets around you."
She shares the BBC Breakfast hosting duties with Sally Nugent, who took over the hot seat following Louise Minchin's departure.
