CHRISTINE McGuinness admitted that she's “not afraid of dying” during a heartbreaking interview on The One show following her appearance on Pilgrimage: The Road to Wild Wales.
Season six of the BBC Two series follows seven celebrities on a journey to understand each other's spiritual beliefs better.
During her appearance on The One Show on Wednesday evening, Christine discussed her pilgrimage experience with her co-stars Spencer Matthews and Sonali Shah.
The 36 year old opened up about the life-changing experience with hosts Roman Kemp and Alex Scott.
Speaking about what she got out of the process, the mum-of-three said: "So much! Getting to know everybody else, understanding other people and religions.
"I think one of the best things was making friends. But for me personally, I think it was not being so afraid of dying anymore."

Christine revealed to viewers at home that before she took part in the BBC show, she spent nights worrying about who would look after her young children if she were no longer here.
She added: "Before that, it was something that was really keeping me awake at night. I’ve got three young children and worries and concerns as a parent.
"Of course, you worry about not being around to look after them, but for me, it was really taking over my mind."
The former model continued: "While I was on Pilgrimage, I really just learned to live in the moment and enjoy the present, to embrace the ‘Right now’, and that was the best thing that I took away from it."

Amanda Lovett, Tom Rosenthal, Eshaan Akbar, and Michaela Strachan star alongside Christine, Spencer, and Sonali on Pilgrimage.
The seven celebs were tasked with tackling a seven-day pilgrimage along North Wales' Pilgrim's Way on the BBC show's sixth season.
The team travelled for two weeks on foot and bus as they began their journey at Flint Castle on the bank of the Dee Estuary before following up the coastal path to Greenfield Valley.
The celebrities didn’t get an easy ride as they tackled challenging climbs and paths, carried their own backpacks, and slept in basic accommodation - a world far away from their luxurious lives.
Pilgrimage: The Road to Wild Wales will showcase the celebs' life-changing spiritual journeys in three hour-long episodes airing on BBC Two.
Pilgrimage: The Road to Wild Wales will air at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on March 29.
The One Show episode with Christine is available on BBC iPlayer.
