‘She’ll end up heartbroken’ insist Towie fans as they send warning to Ella Rae Wise
It comes as sparks flew during the cast trip to Bali
TOWIE fans have issued Ella Rae Wise with a stark warning after she shared a passionate kiss with Dan Edgar in Bali.
Fans of The Only Way Is Essex watched sparks fly between the pair as the reality show returned for a new series on ITVBe.
Fresh from her split with her mystery boyfriend, Ella’s head was turned as Dan walked along the beach in a pair of swimming shorts.
The following day, she admitted to snogging Dan after he rubbed aloe vera into her sunburned shoulders and said “the sexual chemistry is so strong”.
Dan, meanwhile, confessed to his guy pals in Sunday’s episode that Ella had stayed in his hotel room.
But fans are concerned that Ella could be playing with fire by falling for Dan.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: “Ella will be treated by Dan the same way he treated Amber. A man in his mid 30s who acts like this will never change.”
Another added: “Dan is out for a bit of fun on holiday not another relationship he’s not the guy looking for commitment.
“Ella, once she knew Dan was single, couldn’t wait to be single and make a play straight for Dan.”
A third penned: “I’m so sorry but Ella is just an ego boost for Dan.”
And someone else chimed in: “For a 33 yr old man, Dan still acting like a teenager.
“Feels like his whole identity rests on being able to pull birds. The man needs to work on himself otherwise he’ll turn into a proper saddo.”
Ella split from her mystery man in January and opened up about the break-up to her pal Elma Pazar while sitting on a couple of beached jet skis.
She confessed: “I just thought to myself, he wasn’t the person I thought he was.
“I thought I was going to get married but then loads of stuff came out of the woodwork.”
Dan, meanwhile, was in a relationship with Amber Turner for five years before they went their separate ways in May last year.
An insider previously revealed to The Sun that Ella and Dan were growing close to each other while filming in Bali.
A source said at the time: “Dan and Ella have been growing close while on the away trip with their friends.
“Ella’s always had a thing for Dan and the cast could sense there was chemistry between them.
“On a night out with the rest of the cast, Dan and Ella kissed and have spending time together ever since.
“The fling is set to cause major drama and fallouts between the group.”
Amber, meanwhile, broke her silence as whispers about Ella and Dan began circling in Bali. Harry Derbidge then confirmed the news she was expecting in the show.
The pair were in a relationship for five years and lived together in Essex before their break-up – and Amber was not wildly impressed.
She said: “Lets get one thing right – Ella’s always had a thing for Dan, she always has.
“She is single now – naturally she is going to want to go for Dan.
“She doesn’t owe me anything. She is not my friend. Dan is a good looking guy… Whatever they get up to is none of my business. It is what it is. It’s been a long time.”
However, Amber did admit she would hate to see the pair kissing.
She added: “He swore on his life he never flirted with her. It has made me feel like he had a thing for her in the past.
“I do see the good in people. You are living with me. But when I turn my back, you are flirting with another girl…
“That was Dan back in the day. I didn’t think 33 year old Dan would still be doing that.
“But let them crack on. It has not shocked me in the slightest.”
