MATT Baker's TV return has been confirmed - and there's just weeks until he's back on screens.
The beloved presenter is back on Channel 4 with a brand new series called Our Dream Farm.
Launching on Saturday, April 6th at 8pm, the competitive show will find a tenant for the National Trust Farm in the North East.
Matt will oversee the eight part series as farmers go head-to-had.
Our Dream Farm isn't the only series Matt will front for the broadcaster.
The 46-year-old was recently announced as the host of Baker’s Britain, which will dive into rural communities in the UK.

The series will comprise four episodes and is produced by Big Circus Media, a production company owned by Matt and former One Show executive Gareth Collett.
In the vein of Countryfile, the project will show how traditional businesses are faring in the modern world while celebrating ‘extraordinary’ people, places and things.#
Matt's return to television comes after he opened up about his health woes to fans.
The former One Show presenter explained how he had been suffering from a herniated disc.
