SHE shot to fame as a feisty Love Island beauty with a lookalike sister.

But there is much more to Anna Vakili than being just a pretty face on a reality TV show.

The 2019 Islander, who has 1.2million followers on Instagram, is currently working as a pharmacist having studied for five years and obtained a Master's degree to qualify for the profession.

She decided to go back to her day job after becoming disillusioned with the influencer lifestyle, but admits it has surprised a fair amount of her fans.

Speaking to , she said: "I get so many people that recognise me at the pharmacy counter and they're like, 'what are you doing here?'

"I don't post much on social media about my job, I keep the two things quite separate so I think it's a bit of a shock."

While she does still produce content and is one half of the Sisters In The City podcast with lookalike sister Mandi, Anna felt unfulfilled without her pharmacy job.

She revealed she would sometimes go to bed at 5am and not wake up until the early afternoon, giving her a small window of time to make content.

"I feel so much better mentally," she said. "I'm enjoying keeping my brain ticking and being back in the job."

Back in December we revealed how Love Island bosses were "desperate" to get Anna, 33, into the All Stars villa.

A source said: "Love Island producers were hell bent on getting Anna for the All Stars series as she was part of the one of the highest rated series of the show ever, and viewers will never forget her blazing row with fellow islander Jordan Hames.

"She was guaranteed to bring the drama, which is just what this series is all about.

“Anna went in for a string of meetings and even got as far as booking the medical all islanders have to take before entering the villa, but then at the last minute had a change of heart.

"She'll always be grateful for her Love Island changed her life, but feels like you can't repeat history.

"She has a lot going on, especially with her hit podcast, so decided to focus on that instead."
