The 34-year-old took to Instagram with an emotional video where she opened up to fans about moving out.

Sophie and her boyfriend Jordan have decided to take their relationship to the next level by moving in together.
In a recent Instagram video, Sophie, in tears, said: "I can't believe I'm leaving, It's happy but sad tears at the same time, because it's just an end of an era, all the years I've had in here.
"At the same time, I'm really happy to start my new life - all my single years have been in here."
The star captioned the video: "A year ago today I moved out of Newcastle and 5 hours down south to a new beautiful home with Jordan Brook."

Sophie added: "I still get homesick but it's the best thing I ever done. This year has been such a big change in my life but it's all I ever wanted and I've got it.
"I count my blessings everyday to be able to live here and call it home sometimes I have to pinch myself. Your life can change so quick but I haven't ever looked back."
Earlier this month, Sophie sparked engagement rumours after she showed off her huge ring.
Sharing a series of pictures to mark Jordan’s birthday, Sophie paid tribute to her man with a gushing post.
