LOOSE Women star Judi Love took a much needed break this week in the beautiful Caribbean island of St Lucia.
The comedic star, 43, stayed in the luxurious 5-star holiday resort Zoëtry Marigot Bay.
The resort is situated on a quiet hillside with panoramic views on the island's popular Marigot Bay Yacht Haven, a marina adorned with palm trees, yachts and volcanic white-sand beaches.
Judi can be seen soaking up the sun in a bikini at the hotel's nearby Anse Chastanet Beach.
The TV personality posted a montage of images this week to her 358,000 Instagram followers, leaving them with a motivating mantra on why she chose to embark on the timely getaway.
The ITV star included the caption: “My spirit kept calling me to visit this beautiful island. Monday motivation on a Tuesday.”

She continued: “Focus on your wellbeing by listening to your body and mind. This is not just a holiday but a mental health break. You deserve to take a break. Be present in your own life!”
The secluded Eastern Caribbean holiday spot boasts a population of just over 180,000, leaving famous visitors with a feeling of tranquillity and privacy.
The lavish accommodation at the lush hotel features a private balcony or terrace, a huge bathtub as well as penthouse options with a starting price from £2,000 per person per night.
Local amenities on offer include spectacular boat rides across the emerald Caribbean sea, while Judi repeatedly visiting the island’s beautiful waterfalls.

When Judi wasn’t dining at one of the lavish resort's many restaurants, including Caribbean-Asian fusion eaterie Le Bateau restaurant, she had her pick of the plentiful local island food outlets that served her patties, coconuts and cocktails.
The former Strictly star also indulged in a 20-min one-to-one yoga experience with a seasoned instructor, overlooking the resort's charming mountain and ocean-views.
Judi’s been a panellist on Loose Women since 2020. In 2021, along with fellow show panellists Brenda Edwards, 55, Kelle Bryan, 49, and Charlene White, 43, she accepted the prestigious Royal Television Award for Best Daytime Show.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Judi became the first Black British female comedian to headline and sell out the London Palladium.
