DRAGONS' Den viewers were left screaming at the TV as they blasted a "scumbag" landlord and his 'wicked' business idea.
The shocking moment saw the budding entrepreneur branded "evil" for attempting to limit access to heating in homes.
His pitch was for a new product that ultimately restricted the level of heating in a house and would see the landlord of the property have control over when it is turned on or off.
Anthony Cherry was hoping for £80,000 from one of the business moguls in order to give a healthy cash injection into his company.
He told the panel how his new heating device could be controlled by the tenants but would only allow them to use the heating for a maximum of two hours per day.
The only other option was to place the heating on a longer eight hour stretch but at a much lower temperature.

Anthony described this as the "comfort mode" if tenants were looking to attempt to stay warmer for longer.
However, one thing that was made clear is that tenants are not allowed to have their heating running continuously under any circumstances.
This move was blasted by TV viewers at home who took issue with the fact that supply was rigid and unable to be adapted depending upon circumstance.
"Scumbag" landlord Anthony went on to insist that the idea would be super beneficial to owners of rental properties without appearing to think about the consequences for tenants.

Anthony has been an owner of student homes and holiday lets for 20 years and was keen to roll out his idea beyond his own properties.
One Twitter user was left utterly perplexed by the idea and could not help but refer to the Dragons' Den star as a "scum bag landlord".
Another furiously fumed: "Sorry no landlords should not and I repeat not have any control of their tenants heating !!!!"
A third interpreted his comments as: "All I’m hearing is 'I don’t want to pay for heating so this helps to make sure you stay cold'."
While a fourth questioned: "Since when does a landlord get to decide when you can have your heating on, or have I missed something."
As a fifth seethed: "What an evil idea. Can’t keep the heating on through a cold night unless the greedy landlord permits it."
Anthony pleaded to the Dragons' that his business was a good idea and had explained how in houses of multiple occupancy, the device would control the heating more efficiently.
Sara Davies seemed completely unconvinced as she insisted that thermostats were too complicated and as such she did not want to get involved.
Her fellow Dragons' quickly followed suit citing extensive financing and high costs for the raw materials.
Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett quickly backed out but Touker decided that he was prepared to make an offer but not the one the landlord was hoping for.

Despite only offering up 10%, Touker insisted that he be given 35% of the business which would drop to 25% upon receiving his investment back.
Anthony ended up rejecting the deal and settled on a 20% stake if return on investment was met.
