Naked Attraction’s Anna Richardson, 54, reveals she’s dating a ‘lovely man’ after ‘painful’ split with Sue Perkins

NAKED Attraction's Anna Richardson revealed that she has been dating a "lovely man" after a "painful" split with Sue Perkins.
The 54-year-old called it quits on her relationship with Bake Off host Sue back in 2021 after seven years together.

When asked if she's dating anyone at the moment, Anna told : "I am, yes. I have a boyfriend. It’s going well. He’s a year older than me. We met through a friend, not on the apps – the old-fashioned way."
The star has been dating Simon Marks for the past 18 months.
Anna went on to explain the difference between dating a man and a woman. She said: "So, my rule of thumb is that men are quite simple creatures. It’s basically a case of feed them, football, make sure they’re happy.
"Whereas women, we’re complex creatures and the dynamic is a lot more emotional. But they’re both so satisfying. I’m just happy to be in a good relationship."

Anna's friends initially set her up on a blind date with her new beau. The star said: "It was a bit of a blind date, actually. Just go out there and say to your friends, 'Come on, who have you got for me?' It’s the best way."
And when asked if she would consider getting married, the star said: "I’ve never been married and I have to say, I would love it. So all I can say, is I’m waiting for someone… someone to say the words."
Anna who remains pals with Sue explained that exes can still be friends. She said: "You can. I can and I can broadcast that – absolutely. If you both want to, of course you can."
It was reported that the pair split because they were in different places about starting a family.

Anna previously revealed that her new partner, Simon, 55, has helped her embrace her new-found libido, stating: “There’s something wonderful about meeting somebody new that makes you realise, ‘Oh, I’m not dead from the waist down!
"Actually, I can experience amazing sex like I had in my twenties. It is possible to recapture it, but it takes work.”
The star currently presents the Channel 4 series, Naked Attraction, where contestants strip off in a bid to find love.
