DRAGONS' Den fans were left angry with Touker Sulleyman after he made a guest on the show an 'outrageous' offer.
Last night the business mogul decided to offer up £80k to entrepreneur Anthony Cherry - but there was a catch.
Anthony appeared in front of the Dragons to pitch his concept of a product called TIME:O:STAT that could help landlords with energy bills.
The gadget is a room thermostat designed for landlords who provide homes that have gas and electricity included in the price of the rent.
It aims to put a stop to energy being left on all day unnecessarily.
TIME:O:STAT restricts the heating to a time period determined by the installer - which by default is two hours.

Touker offered to sponsor Anthony, but only if he would get 35 per cent of the profit once the product started to sell.
He claimed this was because he felt unsure about the business taking off, and wanted an insurance that he would make money back on his investment.
However, audience members were not impressed with his attitude.
One person complained: "Another greedy offer from Touker."

A second added: "Even Peter thinks Touker is a greedy sod."
A third hit out: "Touker always takes the piss asking for high percentages. He hardly does any deals, needs replacing on this."
Someone else sighed: "Touker and his ridiculous offer."
