GREG Rutherford's Dancing on Ice partner, Vanessa James, returned to the set and shared a video message following Greg's horrific accident.
Dancing on Ice was thrown into chaos when the retired athlete, 37, was forced out of the final due to a serious injury.
The show's medic appeared on-screen to break the news that Greg had sustained an injury from a "really bad accident" during rehearsals.
Vanessa took to Instagram as she packed up her and Greg's belongings from the set.
The pro dancer said: "I know it's been very difficult after the chaos and Greg's injury. I know some of you witnessed it first hand and that was very difficult."
She added: "Even though our journey fell a bit short, It doesn't take away from all the hard work that he's put into this incredible journey that we were on.

"He has worked so hard and he did some cool and incredible things within the last few months.
"I wish we could've shown you what we were capable of and what we had in story for you yesterday but you never know, maybe we'll be back, to be continued..."
Greg still hasn't revealed any details on the injury that forced him to quit the show but he has shared an update on social media.
Greg's statement read: Recovery sort of starts now... after a pretty rough first night, I'm looking forward to getting everything sorted and sewn up so I can get back to normal.
