GEORGE Knight has had a bombshell dropped on him tonight in EastEnders by his evil dad Eddie.
The Queen Vic landlord - who is played by actor Colin Salmon in the BBC soap - has been struggling to cope after discovering his adopted dad Eddie murdered his biological father.
It came with the added shock that George was given to his white adopted parents while his birth parents went to university.
And the truth about his parentage was further hidden with George being led to believe he was Jamaican when in fact he is not.
In tonight’s episode George got news from the ancestry and DNA testing service that no-one with his biological family could be found.
It left him devastated but he finally told his daughters about what he had been hiding from them.

Meanwhile his adopted mum Gloria reached out for Mother’s Day, though she was knocked back.
George went to visit them both to tell them to leave him alone for good.
He told them: “We never want to hear from you again. You’re not my mum.
“Want to know something? I looked into finding my real mum and nothing. You killed my dad and it’s killing me that I’ll never know about my mum.

“Anyway good luck in court tomorrow, you’re going to need it.”
But Eddie stopped him and said: “Wait a minute, we know something about your mum.”
Eddie walked over to a cabinet and pulled out pictures of George as a child, telling him he has information on his birth mum.
“Plenty more where that came from,” he said to a shocked George.
“We’ve got ones of your mum and all. If you want to see photos of her, find out her name, where she is, tomorrow in court. Stand up and defend me.”
Will George take Eddie’s vile offer? Or will he find another way to find his birth family?
