DECLAN Donnelly made a huge gaffe live on tonight's Saturday Night Takeaway with an embarrassing guest mix up.
In the latest edition of Ant vs. Dec, the presenting duo, both 48, were tasked with watching hilarious celebrity skits and choosing whether to lie or tell the truth to the other about what they'd seen.
When The Chase's Shaun Wallace appeared on the stage having a sword fight with Anne Hegarty, both wearing fast food costumes, Dec was tasked with telling his rival what had happened.
But when he mixed up the Chaser with EastEnders legend Shaun Williamson, viewers were left up in arms.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one wrote, "Shaun Wallace not Williamson.....so technically a lie!"
Another added, "Nice of@antanddec to call Shaun Wallace from #TheChase Shaun Williamson !!! LOL."

Someone else fumed, "Dec didn’t even get Shaun’s name right."
During last week's Ant vs. Dec, the latter was left in agony after an unfortunate incident went down on the show.
The Geordie star managed to get his manhood trapped in a harness after losing out to co-host Ant.
Stephen Mulhern, who made a dramatic return to the programme dressed as character Dr Evil from the Austin Powers film series, tasked the pair with climbing two tall towers and pressing the buzzer on top first.

But after Ant descended, Dec was seen struggling in the background.
Stephen remarked: “Oh he looks in pain.”
Concerned Ant asked him: “Are you ok?” to which he meekly replied: “Yeah”.
Ant continued: “Did you get your balls stuck?”
Dec nodded as they all started laughing, and Stephen remarked about the joys of live TV.
Speaking about taking part in the challenge after, Dec said: “It was alright until I got to the ledge and turned around, it’s really high up.”
