SHARON Osbourne has claimed she lost out on a job on The Masked Singer US panel because of Simon Cowell.
The Celebrity Big Brother star says she turned down the massive gig because she thought she was going to be on the X Factor again – but was then dumped at the last minute.
According to Sharon, the reason her friend and fellow panelist Louis were axed from the competition because of ageism.
Chatting to Louis in her bedroom, Sharon let loose about Simon suggesting their feud is far from over.
Sharon was on the X Factor for a number of years until she wasn't invited back in 2018.
The pair then went on to poke fun at the X Factor, suggesting that a number of aspects were set up.

During the conversation, Sharon raged: “That's Simon, he cuts you off, cuts you off, cuts you off. He doesn't know how to keep friends.
“Why do you think I am so f****g mad with Simon because remember that year you and I were contracted to do X Factor and it was the first year of The Masked Singer in America and they asked me to do it and I said I can’t because of X Factor with Simon.
“So then they cast it and then when Simon, well he didn't call, but they called and said ‘No you're not doing it [X Factor]’ I missed a huge gig. So I was furious.”
She continued: “Do you remember everything that year in the press, they’re old, young blood. I went mad.

“And then he called me. He was trying to sweet talk me. He would always say change, change, change. You’re the one that needs changing mate.”
Raging, she added: “Someone who dresses the same for three decades, they don’t see that it’s not right. No one’s gonna tell him but everything, the same, the same, the same.”
While Louis joined in admitting he no longer spoke to the music mogul, saying: “I haven't talked to him at all, nothing. Zero.”
Those watching at home loved watching the drama unfold, and took to social media to comment on it.
One person said: “Sharon & Louis just absolutely destroying Simon Cowell and The X Factor.”
A second added: “I cannot get enough of Sharon and Louis bitching about everyone and anyone.”
While a third remarked: “Louis and Sharon shading Simon and everyone in the industry…OH TV IS SO BACK.”
Celebrity Big Brother line-up
Who are the 13 stars appearing in the Celebrity Big Brother house? The Sun's Jamie Downham takes a look...
Sharon Osbourne - TV legend - who is a "house guest" on a megabucks deal - said she was doing the show for "a good time not a long time"
Louis Walsh - Irish boyband manager who has never knowingly backed down from a fight and is not above pulling rank over the double bed
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu - As we know from Love Island, the Ek-ster is capable of throwing about some dramatics to claw her way to the final
Levi Roots - Reggae Reggae Sauce sauce packs a bit of a kick, but its inventor seems quite mild-mannered. Will that change under pressure?
Fern Britton - The former This Morning star called out Phillip Schofield - don't think she won't do the same to anyone who tangles with her
Colson Smith - You'll probably know him best as Corrie's Craig Tinker - but prepare to find out he's not much like his character
David Potts - Ibiza Weekender's breakout star has left that show behind - as well as his trousers by the look of things
Gary Goldsmith - Kate Middleton's uncle is a big signing for ITV, but has proved a divisive booking among viewers
Marisha Wallace - It's not CBB without the role of 'American who doesn't know what they've let themselves in for' and she's doing brilliantly
Nikita Kuzmin - The Strictly pro is coming onto the show fresh off the show's tour. Poor lad probably just wants a rest
Zeze Mills - the social media star has a "no holds barred interview style" - and she hasn't backed away from calling people (well, Louis) out
Bradley Riches - The actor played kindly James McEwan in Netflix hit Heartstopper and he seems just as sweet in the house
Lauren Simon - She's a Real Housewives of Cheshire star and you really don't get on that show by being shy and retiring
