This Morning ‘terrifies’ competition winner as Lisa Snowdon surprises her live on TV – as fans say ‘she’s not happy’

THIS Morning fans called out a competition winner who looked absolutely "terrified" after being surprised by Lisa Snowdon.

The features host on the ITV series, 52, headed to a London cafe to locate mum Sarah, who thought she would be spending the afternoon watching Loose Women's live show.

Instead, Lisa sat beside her and told her how she would be enjoying a slap up make-over, including a new wardrobe and hairstyle, after her daughter nominated her for the Mother's Day prize.

Yet clearly overwhelmed, Sarah struggled to reply.

As the cameras surrounded her Lisa noted her apprehension and said: "Goodness I can see you're so shocked.

"You're moving away from me."

Trying to reassure her, Lisa added: "You are going to have a fantastic day today.

"You are so deserving of this," before adding the This Morning team will "really pamper" her.

It remains to be seen if Sarah warms to the idea by the end of the show.

Yet ITV viewers were quick to pick up on the discomfort.

One took to X to write: "OH SHE IS NOT HAPPY," as a second put: "She looks terrifie."

A third commented: "She’s like, personal space b**ch," as one empathised: "Aww poor lady is so uncomfortable."

One then joked: "She's gutted she wanted to see Loose Women."

Friday's This Morning - as well as providing Sarah with the Mother's Day package - also centred on International Women's Day.
