THE Apprentice's latest fired candidate Sam Saadet has revealed she worked up the courage to talk to Karren Brady, in the women's loos.

The Mummy Motivator, who was given the boot by Lord Sugar after tonight's cereal-based task, admitted she was terrified of the Baroness after sitting across from her in the boardroom.

But Sam, 33, soon realised the businesswoman was not all that she seemed outside the boardroom, when she caught her for a quick chat in the women's loos between filming.

She admitted: "Karren is quite iconic in the world of women in business, and she comes across as very stern and intimidating.

"Karren kept herself to herself, and gave that air of 'I'm here to do a job, don't talk to me', but I did have a real pivotal moment with her during one lunch break.

"I went to the loo and I thought no-one else was in the toilets, but as I came out the loo she was in there on her own, and I just had to take it as my moment.

"I just said whatever came first to my head, which was to compliment her, I said, 'Karren, you look so glam all the time, you always pull it out the bag'.

"I was so scared of her, but she put me at ease and replied the most down to earth reply, just saying it was down to years of experience.

"She said, 'So do you, Sam. It's experience and a glam squad. Good luck with it all'.

"Then I walked away, I was like, 'I'm not going to push it'. But it was like on a night out when girls make new best mates in the toilets, that was that moment for me on The Apprentice."

Sam was fired after her team failed to impress with their cereal brand aimed at six-to-eight-year-olds in tonight's episode.

But being in the boardroom has at least prepared the candidate for one thing: sussing out who could be a potential Traitor.

She jokes: “I’ve got my business, but I would like to see where the TV route takes me.

“I’d come back for an Apprentice All Stars, and I’d really be all over The Traitors.

“I couldn’t be a Traitor myself, I’d just burst out laughing, but I could suss the others out and inspect them.

“But my absolute dream would be to go on loose Women - and get really loose.”

The Apprentice continues next Thursday at 9pm on BBC One.
