PRINCESS Kate's uncle Gary Goldsmith revealed his niece is getting "the best care in the world" as he discussed her recovery on Celebrity Big Brother.
The controversial contestant, 59, spoke about the Princess of Wales and wider royal family after being quizzed by his housemates.
He discussed the care she has been receiving since her planned abdominal surgery in January and also shared his thoughts on the relationship between William and Harry.
In last night's episode Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu asked Goldsmith: "Where's Kate?"
He replied: "Because she doesn't want to talk about that, the last thing I'm going to do is... there's a kind of code of etiquette.
"If it's announced, I'll give you an opinion."
He added: "I spoke to her mum, my sister, she's getting the best care in the world.
"And all the family's done is put the wagons round and look after family first before anything else.
"They put a statement out and just said, 'She's taking some time to (recuperate) and will see you in Easter'."
Ekin-Su then asked: "I've heard mixed things about Kate and I don't want to make a comment, but whatever it is, do you want her to come back?"

"She'll be back, of course she will," replied Goldsmith.
There has been rampant speculation online surrounding the royal's whereabouts after her operation at The London Clinic.
Conspiracy theories circulated after Prince William bowed out of a memorial service last week, where he was expected to give a reading.
While Kensington Palace would not comment further on William's reasoning, it said Kate was currently "doing well".
The royal mum-of-three was seen on Monday for the first time since her hospital stay.
Kate was spotted in the passenger seat as mum Carole, 69, drove her in an Audi near Windsor Castle.
He's [Prince William] had an olive branch open every time for Harry to come back and be part of the gang."

She was wearing sunglasses and appeared to be smiling slightly.
Goldsmith previously said on the show conspiracy theorists "should leave her alone right now".
'OLIVE BRANCH'
Earlier in the episode, the millionaire businessman told housemate Fern Britton that he did not like people calling Kate "common".
He explained that while his father was a painter and decorator, and his mother was an accounts clerk, he and sister Carole were multimillionaires by the time they were 30.
Goldsmith added: "So I get a bit narky when they say Kate is common, there's nothing common about their family."
The CBB contestant also spoke of Prince William stepping up and dealing with his brother Harry.
"He's done an amazing job in that horrible situation," he said.
"He's had an olive branch open every time for Harry to come back and be part of the gang."
Goldsmith also claimed the royal family should "take the titles off" the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
EVICTION NOMINATION
Earlier this week, fellow housemate Sharon Osbourne nominated Goldsmith for eviction after making the "worst first impression".
In Wednesday's episode, the X-Factor judge spoke to Princess Kate's uncle about why he entered the show.
Goldsmith told her: "It does bother me what the public perception of me is - the black sheep of the royal family. I'm a normal bloke.
"It just so happens that my niece married Will. And I just thought when this opportunity came, I could show people that I'm not that person.
"And I've really put myself out there because this isn't my world. And ultimately, I'm not a celebrity. I don't want to be a celebrity. I don't want to go down that path."
The royals and Middleton family were said to be terrified when The Sun revealed in January that Goldsmith was in the reboot of the reality show.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Goldsmith insisted he could never do anything to upset “beautiful” Kate, and slammed claims of racism against her as “bull***t”.
Since his appearance on CBB, he has also revealed Kate is "hard to get hold of".
Who is Gary Goldsmith
Gary Goldsmith is a millionaire businessman who made his money in recruitment.
He is uncle to Princess Kate as well as her siblings Pippa and James Middleton, through his older sister Carole.
Gary is the son of a painter and decorator from West London and grandson of a miner from a pit village in Durham.
The businessman began working as an IT operator and after joining IT recruitment company Computer Futures, he became a director who owned shares in the company.
He reportedly then bagged a five-bedroom house in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with a swimming pool and snooker room; invested in a boat; and drove a series of supercars.
In 2005 he sold his shares in Computer Futures for £17million and bought a villa in Ibiza.
Gary has been married four times - his first wife was sales executive Miranda Foote and they tied the knot in 1991.
He then married second wife Luan in 1997, with whom he had daughter, Tallulah.
Kate's uncle attended her 2011 wedding to Prince William along with Luan and Talullah, and he was also seen at Pippa's Berkshire wedding to James Matthews in 2017.
His third wife Julia Leake was followed by fourth, Julie-Ann Brown in 2012.
Gary was arrested in October 2017 after assaulting Julie-Ann outside their central London home.
In November he pleaded guilty to knocking out his wife during a drunken street brawl at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
He was handed a £5,000 fine and ordered into alcohol rehabilitation.
Gary is reported to have a net worth of around £30million.
