Gemma Collins reveals how she lost a stone in a week saying ‘I am determined not to let anything stop me’

GEMMA Collins has dropped a stone and is determined to shed more weight ahead of her wedding to fiancé Rami Hawash.

The Towie legend, 43, has employed the help of a no nonsense fitness expert Eddie Abbew and his fat-busting chef daughter Selina to ensure she hits her goals ahead of her big day.

She told : "I am determined not to let anything stop me after just losing under a stone. So I'm shopping now with Selina and Eddie and we're going to load up the shopping so I stay on track for this week, let's go."

Bodybuilder Eddie has built a huge online following and regularly shares videos of himself in supermarkets slamming unhealthy produce. His trademark "this isn't food, this is s**t' phrase leaves viewers in no doubt as to his thoughts on highly processed foods.

Previously we told how Rami's romantic Dubai proposal took the former Celebrity Big Brother personality completely by surprise left her in tears.

At the time, a source told The Sun: "Rami popped the question again in the Maldives, and Gemma had no idea it was coming, she was so shocked.

"He had lit up, 'Will You Marry Me?' on the sand.

"Gemma had no idea, she thought they were having a relaxing dinner on the beach, she had no makeup on, it was a beautiful natural moment and she couldn’t have wished for anything more.
