TOO Hot To Handle star Emily Miller, 29, has shared her plans for giving birth as she gets set to welcome her first baby with boyfriend Cam Holmes.
Emily and Cam, 27, - who found love on the Netflix show in June 2021 – will welcome their baby in June, and Emily admitted she wouldn’t mind an engagement ring as her ‘push present.’
Discussing her birth plans, the expectant mum told The Sun she’d like a water birth.
Emily said: “Cam’s step mum just bought me a hypnobirthing book so I want to start reading that soon.
“And in terms of birth plan I would prefer a water birth but then I know that sometimes things just don’t go to plan.
“All I know is that I want to try and do this naturally. Us women were born to do this, so I really just want to try.”

And as well as plans for a natural birth, the star also wants to set up a camera to watch “squeamish” Cam’s reaction as they welcome their baby into the world.
The pair confirmed that Cam will be by Emily’s side in the room during the birth.
As well as having a baby together, the fan favourite couple recently bought a beautiful new house where they will start their family, with plans to incorporate a stunning nursery for their newborn.
And with two big events happening in their lives, Cam revealed whether a proposal could be on the cards at any point too.

He shared: “I get asked this question the most! There will be a proposal at some point yeah.”
Despite this, brunette beauty Emily says she’s “not holding her breath.”
She teased: “I have said ‘Oh for my push present maybe I could get a ring finally.’ We’ll see.”
Emily and Cam admitted to being very excited to become parents for the first time, with Cam even “looking forward to the sleep deprivation.”
But they did admit to feeling “apprehensive” at the start of the pregnancy, after Emily’s tragic ectopic pregnancy in 2022.
Emily shared: “We had doubts and concerns at first.
“But, luckily, it has been smooth sailing this time. We went and did an early pregnancy test at about seven weeks and then as soon as we got the all clear and found out everything was perfect and healthy, we were then able to relax.
“We were apprehensive to begin with, that’s for sure.”

Explaining exactly what happened, she wrote: “For those who haven’t heard of this (like me) it’s basically where the fetus gets stuck and grows in your Fallopian tube which is fatal and if I had left it much longer my Fallopian tube would of burst."
Emily and Cam’s brand new podcast will also see the pair chat all things baby with the help of guests and experts, as they experience life as new parents.
