The Real Housewives of Cheshire star will go head to head with Kate Middleton's uncle Gary Goldsmith tonight.

After receiving six nominations from Bradley, Colson, Gary, Marisha, Nikita and Zeze, Lauren's face was a picture of surprise.

She said to Sharon Osbourne in the lounge: “I’ve obviously p****d a couple of people off.”

Sharon told her: “You haven’t done anything.”

A source told The Sun of their return for the celebrity version: “There was huge pressure on AJ and Will’s shoulders when they launched ITV’s reboot of Big Brother but they’ve absolutely risen to it.

“Both had experience but this felt like a really big job and there were whispers ITV might’ve been better choosing a pair of safe hands like Big Brother legends Davina McCall or Rylan Clark.

“Will especially hadn’t been on a proper prime-time production for a good few years, but it’s already hard to imagine the show without them.”

“I don’t like that and I don’t agree with it.

“I think a healthy relationship is private, not posting about each other because it proves you are happy or posting to get likes.

“I’m not interested in that. That’s false.”

  • Levi Roots ‘told colleague he was alright for a gay guy’

A former colleague of Levi Roots has claimed he once made a questionable comment towards him during a swanky dinner.

According to the PR called Alex, the comment was made during a dinner to celebrate successfully completing a UK book tour.

On seeing Levi enter the house, Alex tweeted: “Years ago, I worked in PR for the publisher of Levis Roots’ first cookbook and went out for dinner with him at the end of the book tour and during dessert he told me I was ‘alright for a gay guy’. Bless, happy memories.”

He added to his 7,000 followers: “It was actually maybe his second book. His first was published by HarperCollins I think, for whom I did not work.”

  • Sharon’s secret feud with James Corden

Sharon was speaking to her fellow The X Factor pal Louis Walsh as they discussed how the star had played the “LA life” to his advantage.

James moved to Hollywood to further his career and landed his very own late-night talk show, The Late Late Show.

Sharon took aim at the star for constantly “throwing out names” as she insisted that that he liked to brag about his A-list connections at any possible opportunity.

Recalling a time she complimented the star on his footwear, Sharon said: “I’d say ‘I love your shoes’ and he’d say ‘ yeah Stella McCartney’.

“I would think, I didn’t ask where you got them? I don’t care!”

She went on to add: “He constantly, constantly throws out names.

“When he got to America, he played the LA game really well!”

Louis then interjected: “Kissing all the right people."

  • Where is the Celebrity Big Brother 2024 house?

When ITV brought back Big Brother in 2023, they moved the famous house away from its former spot at Elstree Studios.

  • CBB fans spot ‘secret feud’

Big Brother fans are convinced a “secret feud” is brewing between Louis Walsh and Gary Goldmsith after spotting a huge clue.

Sharon branded Gary “insecure” during her deliberation for nomination – and said he was the “odd one out” because he was on a TV star.

Gary looked disheartened when he heard the news and seemed convinced that he will be the first one booted out.

The other housemates tried to comfort him, as former This Morning star Fern Britton jumped up from her seat to console him.

Gary told the group: “To be fair this isn’t my world, everyone else has more at risk, so I’m just going back to normal life.

“It’s been a mad couple of days.”

Ibiza Weekender star David Potts shouted across the room: “Gary, you’re not leaving,” but a smug Louis whispered: “Not yet.”

  • Fern’s thoughts

Fern made a cutting remark about her rival Phillip Schofield during Celeb Big Brother this week.

It was suggested that Phil could arrive in the house ‘as a surprise’, to which she said she would “leave at that point”.

Fern also seemed reluctant to speak about her This Morning departure in 2009, despite the general feeling being that she was pushed into it.

The star told Gary: “I honestly don’t know. I can’t say anything. It was tricky at times…it’s another institution.”

But speaking about new hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, Fern quickly added: “I think Ben and Cat are going to do a really good job.”
