Hairy Bikers sent haunting ‘one week to go’ message about event just days before Dave Myers’ tragic cancer death
TV chefs the Hairy Bikers sent their fans a haunting "one week to go" message about a market event just days before Dave Myer's tragic death.
Dave's co-star Si King sadly confirmed today that his pal had passed away aged 66 after battling cancer since 2022.
Si's sad post came just days after the BBC duo shared an Instagram message about a food market telling fans: "Less than one week to go now!"
The duo were promoting an event at Anarchy Brew in Newcastle, due to take place on March 2 and 3, featuring nearly 20 vendors.
Si and Dave posted: "Two days of amazing local scran alongside Anarchy Brew Co. live music during the late afternoon and into the evening of Saturday night!
"Donations will be collected for the Newcastle West End Foodbank across this coming weekend."
